Whilst we try and ensure that the photographs of the items are as realistic as possible, because the jewellery is handmade some items may differ slightly to those shown.

We try to ensure that all product descriptions, pictorial representation, pricing and availability are accurate on our website but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.

Images may not show the actual size of items. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.  Colour will vary from piece to piece.  This is due to heat process involved in the making of the jewellery.

Indigo does not accept any responsibility for any Web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.

We accept on-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, and JCB. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard or Visa logos.

If you are not happy with your purchase in any way, please contact us immediately using the contact form.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

  • DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland

Standard delivery items will be sent by the Royal Mail First Class "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession.  This delivery option is £2.50 regardless of how many items are ordered.  Please note, all orders of £30 and over are automatically sent free.  Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your payment being received.  In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.  

Special Delivery to the UK Mainland

We can also arrange to deliver your items to you using the Royal Mails Special Delivery service.  This service is available for all UK orders at a charge of £4.95 no matter how many items are ordered or free delivery for orders over £50. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your payment being received.  In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.

Worldwide delivery

We will deliver worldwide using Airsure.  This service is at a charge of £5.50 and usually takes 2 - 4 working days.  Tracking is available.

 

  • PRIVACY

When you order, we need to know your name, delivery address, your e-mail address and payment details. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the status of your order. Orders cannot be accepted without a valid e-mail address. We also ask for your telephone number to allow us to contact you if there are any problems with your order.

All on-line payment details are taken through a secure SSL server through Paypal.

Indigo respects the privacy of customers' information. All information given is kept strictly private and is only accessible and used by Indigo staff in processing your order. We do not share any customers' information with any third parties unless required to do so by law.

  • RETURNS

All of our jewellery, with the exception of Earrings due to hygiene, carries a 7 day, no quibble money back guarantee. (postage costs are not refunded unless the jewellery is damaged).

If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, all goods must be returned in the pristine condition in which dispatched.
In the rare instance that product is faulty (this should never happen as all our products are checked and packaged securely before shipment), we will refund your money or replace. Before return of any item, please contact us using the contact form, to obtain an authorisation returns number. Reason for return and return number must be indicated upon return. All goods returned are at the senders expense (unless faulty).
We recommend that Royal Mail Special Delivery service is used for adequate insurance, in the event of loss or non delivery.
Please note that if we deem the jewellery to be misused or damaged, refund or replacement will not be issued.
